Factory restet Note 3 clone

Hello everybody

I'm a complete newbie to clone phones but decided to buy one when I needed a new phone fast after I lost my genuine Note 2.
Since a few days the orientation of the screen does not match the rotation of the phone anymore, maybe it is because I installed a whole lotta apps on it that I deleted again. A factory reset may be a solution to this.
I found this clip how to do it:

I can open the recovery mode where I can select the first option named RECOVERY, but when I try to confirm the recovery with the home button nothing happens.
Am I doing something wrong? I hope you can help me out

Model: SM-N9002 (t03gzs)
Board: MSM8974

Try confirming with the power button. I had that work for me on a similar phone.

You may also want to just try recalibrating the g-sensor before doing a full reset.

I decided to go for the factory reset since I have not very much material on it I hate to lose and I wanted to see what the phone come up with when I reset it. I had some other issues I did not mention in my earlier post, such as high RAM usage of 85% on idle, very high battery consumption, in about 2,5 hours the battery is drained and bad or no GPS fix in some navigation apps I use.
Well, none of the problems are solved after the factory reset........ including the rotation problem.

I read some articles about cloned phones, but all of them where about a pretty useful phone. Have I just bought a bad one?

Can you confirm you are still using a stock recovery pls?

Sorry aus9, what I meant was to wipe all data from the phone, not recover it. I found an other movie where's explained how to factory reset the phone (wipe emmc)

I did this but none of my problems where solved.
By the way, I have nothing changed on the phone and there is no SD card installed.

Go into system settings -> Display

Question (3) is Auto rotate screen box ticked?
