You will need to flash. There is no one-click roots for Lollipop and mt6752. This is the same phone as k3 note. So you can probably use that twrp/cwm if you can't find one specifically for a7000.

Thank you very much. The next question:If I my phone is rooted, how can I unroot, because I want to take all the updates OTA?

You can unroot through the SuperSU apk. But you shouldn't have to do that with this phone. You will need to flash back the standard recovery though. So the process is:
1, Copy TWRP, stock recovery and SuperSU.zip to base of phone
2, Flash TWRP with SP Flash Tool (make SURE you select 'da all with checksum' in flash tool options
3, Install SuperSU.zip through recovery
4, When OTA comes, use Flashify (from Play) to flash back to standard recovery
5, Download and install OTA through phone's automatic procedure
6, Start at 2 again

After flash stock recovery with Flashify, go through auto OTA procedure (step 4&5). Then step 2&3 to get back to rooted. Then OTA comes, do it again (4,5,2,3). Sorry, the order is a little funny, because you're already rooted.
Ahhh, one more thing, you might want to DL full OTA package (instead of incremental update) if get any errors. There should be an option for that.

Volume up and volume down and power button for 10 seconds for K3/A7000. If that doesn't work, there's something wrong with the recovery. You can also boot to recovery by this method
1. Boot into Android
2. Install adb drivers on PC (some PC have them already) AND download and extract adb command files... That can be done in 1 step process with this: http://www.mediafire.com/download/1pqxcg0cexeud80/adb-driver-and-command-auto-setup-1.4.2.rar
3. Enable developer mode on your phone (about phone, tap kernel 7x)
4. Go into developer options, select "enable USB debugging"
5. Connect your phone to PC, check for any dialog boxes on your phone and "allow"
6. On PC, enter command prompt mode (In Windows 10 right click on start (maybe Windows 8 too), or in Start menu sometimes have "Command Prompt", or in any version of Windows ----> right-click in blank space in any folder or any blank space on desktop and select "Open command prompt here")
7. In black command window, type "adb reboot recovery"
That should send you to recovery if everything is correctly installed.
