[Question] Help with Alps H9503

I have thus model triple sim phone that has the following problems

Sim 3 not recognised
Sim 1 and 2 do not pick up local phone signals
Trying to manually choose network for sim 1&2 shows no networks available
Booting holding volume control, gives choices of booting methods including recovery mode but choice is via pressing volume down which is unresponsive?
Phone not rooted.

Any advice?

Yes changed round all sims from different providers. All work in other phones.
I am new to this stuff and found somewhere to enter new provider numbers for each sim, but it did not save them?
