Cubot s308 root

Hi all.
I have a cubot s308 with Android 4.4 and i want to root it safely.
I saw a lot of threads that said i need drivers for pc and another tools for the rooting process.
Has anyone rooted successfully the above phone without breaking it?
Please reply me with the drivers and root tool.

Try all root tools here [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]
If none of them work, install CWM then root from recovery.

Download and unrar the file found here [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]
Place the zip file (not rar) in the root of your SD card.
Boot into recovery and install zip from SD.

There is always a risk in messing with your phone. Rooting rarely does any damage, but the risk is still there.
The tutorial for creating CWM is also a backup method. If that goes well, you will obtain a backup of your phone -- a step safer to tinkering with your phone.
