what errors are you getting? are you able to flash? or does SP flash tool stop then gives out an error message? or did you brick your phone with the flash?

what was the original problem of the phone, why did you need to flash?
please make sure you are using either a backup or a correct stock ROM.

i got no errors i was format first and after that i flash preloader only that i got on cherry mobile fuze group on fb,next i flash the backup rom without the preloader, but before i use sptool the boot logo only appears
