i flash my rom,because i cannot connect google account to any apps

so i flash it then success but when i open it,it light up only but no logo and no boot

- QUAD CORE
-4.4.2 KIT KAT VERSION
-2.5 GIG RAM
-16 GIG INTERNAL MEM ( 2 gig usable)
-12 MP BACK
-2 MP FRONT
