Bad Experience @ Gearbest

probably the worst experience I have ever had of shopping online !!
My order was "Hold Up" because my Identification was needed as it was my first order.....NO PROBLEM
I attached a colored scanned copy of my Government Issued Id card and Copy of the Credit Card from which transaction was made ( the card is in my name).
The transaction was okay'ed by my bank and my Card is even charged for the Amount USD 179.00

Still I get the mail that my order has been refunded !!

I have shopped all over the world ....offline and online with my card and have provided the same identification where ever needed ( Aliexpress, Ebay.com, Ebay.co.uk, Amazon.com) and never ever refused......but for the First time.....

Bad experience.......will suggest to all known to me not to shop here as you people either dont have competent people to check and verify the documents submitted or you dont have any stocks .....

Really disappointed.....NEVER gonna shop here again..
