I just received my Blu Studio 5.0 LTE 1.2 GHz Quad Core, running v4.3 Jelly Bean.
The problem is, as soon as I placed the battery in the phone and turned it on, the 'Blu Studio" boot up logo came on, then a solid BLUE COLORED screen, and then turned off and immediately booted back on to continually repeat the above stated process.
I tried a hard reset by holding the power button and volume up button, but the issue continued. I actually have tried all the 'hard reset' options that menu provided by holding power/ volume up, but always defaults back to the BLUE SCREEN boot on and off process.
Any suggestions?
BLU has HORRIBLE customer service, so any advice is welcomed! BTW, I operate off of a Macbook...
