[ROM] New Custom Android 4.3 ROM with Samsung TouchWiz!

Hi there,

I've modified an existing ROM to a new ROM for the H9008 / MX89T.

I used a kernel received from gizmo32, and used Linux to modifiy the system.img to fit on the H9008.

- Running Android 4.3.2
- Mounts external SD as internal
- Samsung TouchWiz interface
- Samsung sounds
- Samsung boot animation
- Corrected faults in build properties
- Probably no shut downs anymore

bug:
- Back camera doesn't seem to work (wrong driver)

Flash it with the SP Flash Tool procedure.

Is the battery life better ?

The battery life is not better. It's just because it's a poor 1600mAh (6.66Wh) fake battery we have. Nothing to do about it.

However, the phone is very stable. It hasn't shut down in sleep mode for 24. The other ROMs shut down 2-3 times a day.
Gotta look why the camera doesn't work.

Yes, this is a great ROM, please fix the camera bug so we can have a 100% usable Android phone.

Edit: Removed from NeedROM because the main camera does not work. I will post it there again if I can get it to work

Gersonl, I flashed your ROM on my phone in a desperate way to get my main (back) camera working. I had flashed all different kinds of ROMs before (H9008 stock ROM, MLAIS MX69T Pro stock and custom ROMs etc.). The main camera of my phone worked with none of them, only the front camera was working well but there was no way to switch to the main camera.

Yesterday I flashed your ROM [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register] and all of a sudden both the front and the back camera were working, although the picture quality of the back camera was quite bad (pictures pretty greenish). No WIFI connection possible either (phone doesn't get IP).

I'm wondering if my H9008 (ordered from Merimobiles) is really an OEM version of the MLAIS MX69T Pro. When taking the battery out it says that is was designed and developed by iberry (seems to be an Indian brand).

Any ideas how to get the main camera working on stock H9008 or MX69T Pro ROM with my phone?
