Here's a quick tutorial for anyone who might not know what to do. It's an SD update.

1. Download the patch and extract
2. Copy to SD
3. Boot into recovery
4. Select install update from SD
5. Navigate to the update zip you copied in step 2 and select
6. Reboot

Here's a quick tutorial for anyone who might not know what to do. It's an SD update.

1. Download the patch and extract
2. Copy to SD
3. Boot into recovery
4. Select install update from SD
5. Navigate to the update zip you copied in step 2 and select
6. RebootInstallation aborted on THL W8 16GB Android 4.2.1. Is there a compatible file to fix for this?

Any support here, Date & Time crashes the settings in THL W8 16GB running 2013/05/06 firmware Android 4.2.1

The issue is resolved and this is "how to":
- From Play store install "Galaxy Time Zone Fix" App, open it and uncheck both Automatic Date & Time and Automatic time zone
- Then go to Settings/Apps/Running
- From there look for "Atci_service" click and force stop the App
- Go back to settings/Date & Time it should open now
- Set the following : 1- Automatic date & time = Off 2- Automatic time zone = disabled or unchecked
- Reboot your phone et Voila

Hello,

I cant boot my THL W8 4GB to recovery any Idea on this? Power + Vol Up or Down wont do the trick even adb reboot recovery... Please help...

Dude, thanks for the help, I´m trying to solve it, but when I uncheck those options, they automatically re-check again.

Any ideas?
