Ignore my last post - have managed to find and rename folder. on reboot creates new folder as indicated. Will update if this fixes issue.

Guys the happiness is ended. After 90 hour my phone is frozen again.
So, my previous description not solution for my problem.

I've tried to change the "modem_1_wg_n.img" file to previous version, but unfortunatly the previous rom versions for the V3+ has the same files (so this isn't solution).
I've tried with another carrier SIM card (Vodafone) and my SIM card (Telekom) in same time.
Particular when my SIM is frozen, the Vodafone is worked further. I think this isn't hardware problem.
Anybody have a new idea? I'm stuck.

Sorry, my nick is pitykeee not pityknee. But no problem.

I use now the V09, but I tried V06, 7, 8 too. Every version have the same problem for me.
I found a modem img from another brand, which have the same baseband (HDC S5 G900). I changed and I use from yesterday night.

So after 8 days ago (195 hours uptime) no freeze with this modem img. Now I checking what if I reboot the phone after 2-3 days, but I think it will be OK.

Before I made any modification, I made a full backup with MTKDroidTools (include the IMEIs). Just in case I saved the IMEIs with MobileUncleTools too. (Before any modification I recommend to you make backup, backup, backup). Everybody do this your own risk!
I used ES File Explorer and required root. I replaced the modem file in /system/etc/firmware. I set the correct permissions (rw- r-- r--), and then erased the /data/NVRAM folder all contents. Then made a reboot. After that with MobileUncleTools restored the IMEIs, made a reboot again.
Thats it.
I hope this will be help for others too.
