There are tons of games you can play.
Have you tried Asphalt 8? See if that runs smoothly... If it does, you should be able to run most games.

My guess is not enough RAM. How much real RAM is your phone? Most MT6572 is 512MB... Probably need minimum 1GB RAM to play.
