Hi, I would like to ask your help in suggesting a phone.

Need:
WCDMA 3G 850/2100MHz
MTK6582 Quad-Core 1.3GHz
1GB Of RAM
Android Kitkat (Not must to come with it, but must have ready update)
Nice battery life

Price: Max. 140$

(I looked at the doogee dg2014, but no kk update)
(I looked at the leagoo lead 1, but some say battery is very very bad (last 4 hrs)

beware though, screen resolution and cameras are not great on these phones.
it really depends if that is important for you.
4.4 with cheaper phones is still rare.
really good camera <140USD is impossible (in my opinion, no flame wars please)
good screen (IPS 720p) could be possible within your budget, but most phones will have either 854x480 or 960x540 resolution within that budget.

sorry, i usually never look for WCDMA 850/2100 phones - i want either multiband or at least 900/2100 cause that is what is most useful for me.
i would have recommended some to you, but those are either over your budget or have the wrong frequencies.

i have one, the Elephone P10 (not C) - it seems to have the specs you want. 120USD i think
but no idea if it is any good

If you want to save substantially ($90 vs $150) and can deal with the lower resolution and low res cameras, the phones @linr76 suggested are good choices. The DG310 is excellent for the money. IPS LCD. 850/1900/2100 3G. OTG.
