Is there any way to get Gapps with this ROM? I guess not since no root is available yet, right?

What we really need is TWRP or CWM to install gapps, and also am fairly sure the bootloader is locked. So root and custom recovery are out of the question until Innos decides to provide unlockable bootloader.
